The Skinny:
I had the pleasure of producing Jake Coco this August. He was so effortless and flowing in the way he built his tracks I learned a lot from watching this youngster. So this song is a result of the Coco flow. It doesn’t sound anything like him because he’s got a soaring tenor voice that’s a joy to listen to. It just hit me but after watching Jake work I was left wanting to do something of my own that wasn’t hard labor. I guess when I heard about Jonathan Coulton’s Thing A Week I was primed for a project.
